We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery whenever you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind.
Return or Exchange Cost
We will pay for the return or exchange cost if quality issues are involved. If you're returning or exchanging the item because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
When Will I Receive My Refund
When we receive your return, you will be refunded in 3-5 working upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from.
Keep the heater many feet away from all combustible material, such as walls, furniture, and draperies.
A weekly dusting with a feather duster or a dust cloth will keep accumulation down, but before any cleaning, always turn the heater off, unplug it and let it cool down.
The radiator is fitted in my bathroom approx 2.00m square and on a north wall,usually very cold but this rad has warmed it just perfectly and the thermostatic control keeps everything just nice.I haven't programmed it yet so that still to come. Excellent purchase and quick delivery.
