When the order arrived, a very quick delivery, the box was huge, extremely well packaged, it took ages to get into but worth the wait, i bought this fire for a spare room and im very happy with it, its very stylish, i haven't used it properly as yet so not sure how hot it gets, my only small pick would be the sides are grey as opposed to what i thought was black but its not a deal breaker, i love it and the price was excellent.
